Being a full time working mom means a lot of our time is spent at the office. Often we underestimate how much of an impact the choices we make, and the health habits we have at the office, impact our long-term health goals.
When we are at the office it is often easier to fall off the health wagon. Having the peer pressure of our colleagues who don’t seem to think twice about eating from the box of cookies sitting on the lunchroom counter or going out for lunch every day “just to get out of the office” makes it even harder.
