When it comes to our health there are many different investments we make on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Exercise is a great example of one of these investments. Our annual gym membership, the lululemon outfit to make us look good and our iPod to keep us entertained.
Then of course there is the time commitment, scheduling it into our calendar but, most importantly making sure we follow through. This investment, along with thousands of others, are investments toward our long term health.
There is however, one investment we unfortunately often overlook.
